Our leading activity and most versatile, makes the most of your time in Cornwall . Covered head to toe in thermal neoprene suits and specialist coasteering equipment, you will experience the thrill and rush of jumping from the cliffs, swimming through caves and scrambling on the coastline. Explore and experience the untouched side of Cornwall . A great activity for all ages and abilities, whatever the weather! It is also the perfect activity when the surf is flat!!

Vertical Descents Coasteering combines high adrenaline rushes with the experience of being surrounded by the most beautiful scenery Cornwall has to offer, so give us a call and take an adventure of a lifetime.

All Coasteering sessions last up to three hours long and include all specialist equipment and highly trained, qualified and professional staff.

Coasteering sessions run twice a day from 9.30am and 1.30pm

Equipment needed for Coasteering: Undergarment for wetsuit, towel, warm clothes and old trainers

Ability to swim is essential. Beginner to intermediate level guided expeditions available to all groups and individuals.

Most of our Coasteering sesion take place in Newquay, cornwall as Newquay has some of the best commercial coasteering available to us. Newquay has a good variety of Location suitable for coasteering on most swells, weather conditions and tides, Coasteering Newquay is Perfect. However we do take people out Coasteering all over Cornwall, so where ever you are in Cornwall, give us a shout and we will take you out.
