This event requires physical and mental co-operation among groups of individuals in order to solve a task. Activities will bring out primary values within the group such as trust, initiative, group cohesion, communication and problem solving skills, all resulting in their quest for the solution.

Following each attempt, the group is given an opportunity to discuss process and analyse their experience.
We have a developed a range of tasks which teams have to work their way through. Pitted head to head in a competition that will test both brain and brawn! Team players need their thinking caps on, running shoes ready and must develop a good team sprit if they are to be successful in tackling the problem that waits in their path.

A typical day begins with delegates being divided into small teams. After a safety brief and an explanation of the rules by the course marshals, the first challenge of the day begins. The teams have three hours to complete as many of the tasks as possible. On completing each task, they will earn points or clues for the next task/location. The more they complete the more points/clues they will earn.

The teams are then set a final challenge, briefed and given preparation time. During this preparation time the team is given a shopping list of items of which to choose from using the points which they have won.
The items are to help the teams to complete the final task.

Drawing upon the skills they have leaned from the mornings challenges they must complete the final task as quickly as possible to win the overall challenge.
